  • What types of beds are available in the 3 bedroom unit?

Our three bedroom will sleep 8-10 people with one (1) king bed in the master bedroom, two (2) double beds in the second bedroom, and one (1) queen bed in the third bedroom.  The sofa also opens up to a queen sized bed.  Linens are provided for all beds.

 

 

  • Is the unit oceanfront?

Yes! Sea Watch Plantation is right on the beach.... our unit is one of the few in the complex which is located direct ocean front, nothing between you and your views North, South or straight out to the ocean!!! Our 24 foot balcony off the living room and dining room has unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and the balcony off the master bedroom has an angled view of the ocean on the north side of the tower...  and there are no condos on the north side to block any of your views!!

 

 

         What is furnished with the unit rental?

This is a very deluxe oceanfront unit.  The unit comes with linens and towels, phone (local, toll free and incoming calls), air conditioning/heat, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot (w/filters for use), full kitchen and appliances, cookware and utensils, all towels for kitchen and bath use, full size high efficiency washer, full size dryer, four (4) flat screen TV's all with digital HD cable TV and DVD players, hair dryers in each bathroom, covered parking and access to the on site gym is available for a fee. We also provide paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins), dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap and bars of soap in each bathroom.

 

 

  • What amenities are available at Sea Watch Plantation?

Sea Watch has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a health club (additional fee), video arcade, ice cream and coffee shop, tiki bar and oceanfront restaurant and lounge (see details below).

 

Sea Watch Plantation also has many activities throughout the year for kids and adults a like!!  Some of the activities include daily turtle races, karaoke at the pool and more!!!! Pick up the weekly activity schedule at the front desk!

For rentals between Memorial Day and Labor Day we provide our guests two (2) reserved beach chairs and a beach umbrella through the lifeguards at the beach. No worries about finding a spot: it is already reserved, set up and in the same spot everyday!

 

  • Can I rent the unit by the week? Weekends?

We rent the unit for a minimum of one (1) week, Saturday through Saturday only, March through October.  November through February are available for either weekly and monthly rentals (call/e-mail for other options).  A professional cleaning person thoroughly cleans the unit after our guests leave.  We are charged the same cleaning fee regardless of the duration of the stay, therefore it is not practical to rent the unit for just the weekend.

 

 

  • What is the process for renting the unit?

Call or send me an e-mail to discuss rates and availability.  Once your reservation is confirmed, we will e-mail you the rental agreement for review and signature.  A deposit is required within ten (10) days of confirmation and should be mailed back to us with the originally signed rental agreement.

We accept personal checks, money transfers through PopMoney (visit www.popmoney.com for more information) or payments via PayPal (i.e. credit or debit card)... however, there may be a fee to use the PayPal or Popmoney services, which is the responsibility of the renter.

The final balance payment is due 45 days before arrival.  Once your final payment is received we will mail you the parking passes and check-in documents (which include the codes for the door lock and WiFi use) approximately two (2) weeks before your scheduled check in.

No need to stand in line at the front desk or at a realtor's office....  Just go right to the unit and start enjoying your vacation!!

Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. on your scheduled day of arrival, check-out time is 10:00 A.M. of your scheduled check out date.  We only rent Saturday to Saturday from March through October...  monthly rentals are available November through February.
